Amazing smiles greet you at sienna. Great local Cafe with consitent delicious food and drink options. Keeping small business alive should be everybody's business. It's not hard to support such a wonderful cafe in Lugarno. Today's special was lamb and chicken souvlaki- the cooks might aswell be greek- authentic!!!!!

I’m not a local but was directed here by someone who lives nearby because he said it’s the best cafe in Lugano. Yes, it’s good, the staff are brilliant, the coffee divine and the customers seemed very happy.

A gorgeous local cafe in Lugarno. Their menu is varied and reasonably priced. We really enjoy their breakfasts and they know how to make a really good cappuccino. The staff are lovely and personable providing quick, efficient and friendly customer service. This cafe has outdoor heaters so on sunny winter days you can bask in the warmth whilst enjoying their delicious goods. One of our favourite local eateries.
